HOW TO
PLACE AN ORDER
1. Fill out an Order
Form for
EACH
Candle ordered.
2. Add Shipping Costs
(see below) and applicable
Sales
Tax.
3. Mail the Order
Form(s) to us along with
your
payment.
4. Be sure to include
the Wedding Invitation, photos,
or
whatever you'd like us to embed
in your Candle.
5. Please include any
special instructions AND your
color
choices.
6. Remember that
white will be used to
separate other
colors
on the inside of your candle.
Please specify
what color
you want on the outside of
your candle.
METHOD
OF PAYMENT:
We accept personal
checks, money orders, or cashier
checks. If you're paying by check
- Make your check payable to: "WAX
WIZARD CANDLES"
We will begin your
order after your check has
cleared your bank.

Priority Mail and UPS all over
the continental United States and
in many different shipping zones.
Great care is taken in packing
your Candles. We've found it's
much easier to
"guesstimate" S&H
costs to initiate your order. You
may receive a refund in the mail
for any overpayment. Please use
the simple chart below to
determine your S&H costs.
