Packages do not include the gratuity to the minister. The gratuity to the minister on all packages is $100.00. It is payable directly to him prior to the ceremony.

This Package Includes:

• The free 800 number calls and emails to our office for advice
• Planning and site location for weddings, receptions.
• One week prior telephone consultation and last minute changes
• Any additional work on obtaining licenses, finding lodging, flowers, cakes, photography, hair care, reception needs and any family concerns
• Helping to find a back up location in case of rain

On your wedding day, you will have Rev. Gardner and your personal assistant with you a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your ceremony and throughout the ceremony. Rev. Gardner will meet with the groom and take care of your paperwork. He will then meet with you just prior to the ceremony. Your personal assistant will help by making sure you site is secure, your guest are greeted, boutineers are put on the groom and groomsman, corsages to MOM's and other important guest. This fee also includes travel to your site, staying throughout the ceremony, and filing your important paperwork after the wedding. Immediately after your ceremony, Rev. Gardner will present you with a copy of your wedding certificate along with the copy of your wedding vows.
